Return Policy:
AROSADA accept returns and exchanges provided it is within 5 working days of receipt of your items. Due to hygiene, if the inner plastic bag of dirac is opened, we will not accept your returns. If the products are defective upon receipt we require a picture within 24 hrs to verify the claim.
Due to Hygiene reasons, NO return is accepted on accessories.
We do NOT accept return or of pre-order products. These are specifically ordered for that customer and if return pr canaelation is required, there will be design and handling cost.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may have to send it back to you. When sending back the package it needs to be properly secured to avoid damages during shipping process.

FOR OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS CUSTOMERS:
Your wedding invitations cards will be prepared with the information in the order form and sent to your instagram or whatsapp number that you have specified. No production can be started without your approval. The production process starts after your approval.
Invitations are as seen in the image, do not include additional envelopes or accessories. Envelope cost is included in the price for models with envelopes. Some invitation models do not have envelopes originating from their designs. Printed area folding etc. It also acts as an envelope thanks to transactions.
Invitations are sent to you disassembled. Folding/joining, boxing, accessories, attaching, etc. In invitations that require transactions, these transactions belong to the customer. In line with this information, 1 sample will be prepared and placed for your order for your convenience.
Refund process is carried out before printing, but since the product you will receive is personal, there is no return and exchange after the work you have approved is printed. Please take this information into consideration before giving approval for printing.
If the package is not picked up within 14 days of your parcel arriving at the postal service:
If value is less than SEK 500: We will Charge (deducted from refund) SEK 195 to cover our handling costs .If Value is more than SEK 500: We will Charge (deducted from refund) SEK 395 + shipping cost to cover our handling/shipping costs.
there is no refund on not picked up invitations card packages
Refund:
When your return is received we will process it and notify you by email if the return is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, your return will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days. We cannot refund to an account other than the account which the payment was made. If you have not received your refund with 5 business days after your return was approved kindly contact us at info@arosada.com.
Change of items:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a damaged item, please send an email to info@arosada.com and send your item to:
