Fraktpolicy

Order:

After you have finished placing your order, we will begin processing it within 1-2 working days. If there are delays for any reason we will inform you by email as soon as possible  

Delivery:

Delivery times within Sweden is 1-3 business days.

Delivery  time within Europe is 3-5 business days

 Delivery to the rest of the world is: 3-7 days depending on where you live.

 * Please note that shipping during the holidays will take 5-7 business days more than usual. 

Your shipment may be delayed. Delays in delivery time may be due to e.g. weather events, customs or delays.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After the "Processing" process, when your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a tracking number via the email you used when you placed your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

 

Damage During Shipping:

 

Arosada is responsible for damages or lost products during transportation. It is important that you notify at infor@arosada.com as soon as possible and send pictures/documentation of any damages that may occur or if product is not received.
